Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers
3 cups water
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 liters diet ginger ale, chilled
4-1/2 cups diet grapefruit or citrus soda, chilled

Steps:

With a zester or fork, score cucumbers lengthwise; cut widthwise into thin slices. In a large pitcher, combine water and lemonade concentrate; add cucumbers. Cover and refrigerate overnight., Just before serving, transfer cucumber mixture to a punch bowl; stir in ginger ale and grapefruit soda.

I made this drink for a party I was having over the weekend and it was SO delish!! Everyone raved about it! It tastes like a really good batch of cucumber water! So refreshing! I added a little more Gin then it said. 2 thumbs up on this and I will make it often! Had to share it! *This is Alton Brown's recipe from Food Network

Ingredients

4 - whole lemons, halved
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 quart(s) water
1 - large cucumber, sliced thin into rounds
24 ounce(s) gin
- ice cubes

Steps:

Juice the lemons and place the strained juice and the bodies into a large pot. Add the sugar to the pot and muddle with the lemon bodies and juice for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the lemon bodies, add the water and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Strain the mixture into a 3-quart glass container and add the cucumbers. Steep for 1 hour. Add the gin and stir to combine. Serve over ice.
I suggest tasting it and then adding more gin if you like more gin. I did!

2 ounces gin
Club soda

Steps:

Muddle sugar, cucumber and basil in an old-fashioned glass. Add gin and crushed ice. Top with club soda and stir.

Cucumber Lemonade Gin Punch (or the CLGP, as I like to call it) is one of my favorite summer cocktails. On a warm day out on the porch, I just can't imagine anything better. And because the cucumber lemonade is assembled before adding the gin, the base can be served without the booze for anyone not imbibing. The cucumbers become a sort of fresh pickle in the lemonade and should be devoured, not discarded. It should go without saying that this delicious punch should be enjoyed responsibly. 4 whole lemons, halved
1/2 cup sugar
1 quart water
1 large cucumber, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds on a mandoline
24 fluid ounces gin
Ice cubes

Steps:

Juice the lemons into a large pot. Throw the rinds in there, too.
Add the sugar to the pot and muddle with the lemon rinds and juice for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the water and stirThe flavors of cucumber and lemon are delicate, so you don't want to boil the syrup. until the sugar has dissolved.
Strain into a 3-quart pitcher and add the cucumber. Steep for 1 hour.
For punch: Add 24 fluid ounces of gin and stir to combine. Serve over ice.
For a single cocktail: Place 4 to 5 ice cubes in a rocks glass. Add 1 1/2 fluid ounces of gin and 2 1/2 fluid ounces of lemonade. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
