Combine 1 1/2 cups gin, 1/3 cup lime cordial (such as rose's), 2 tablespoons lime juice and 1 thinly sliced persian cucumber in a small pitcher. Divide among 6 ice-filled glasses; top with ginger ale and add lime slices.

2 cups seedless cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced (from 1 1/2 cucumbers)
1 strip lemon zest
500 mL gin (such as Tanqueray)

Steps:

To infuse, add prepared produce to a clean 1 liter jar. Cover with liquor and store in refrigerator, shaking daily for 4 days before straining.

50ml gin
25ml lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
ice
sparkling water
lemon slice

Steps:

Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill up with ice cubes. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold then strain into a tall glass filled with more ice and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice.
