- Mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese and spread into greased 9X13 dish. Bake until golden brown (12-15"). Cool 10 minutes. Spread sauce on crust. Top with cheese/toppings (adding ingredients to your liking). Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted

EASY CRUSTLESS PIZZA PIE

- In a medium-sized bowl mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Spread mixture into a pie dish.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare pizza toppings.
- Spread pizza sauce over hot cream cheese layer.
- Top with any meat, veggies, and cheese you like.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
CRUSTLESS PIZZA
The best part of a pizza is always the toppings with the melted cheese layered into slices of pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms. This pizza is all toppings and cheese without the crust.

Steps:
- In a cast-iron or oven proof skillet, brown and crumble the ground sausage or pork until cooked through. (About 5-6 minutes)
- Once the ground sausage is cooked through, stir in Italian seasonings, garlic powder, salt and marinara sauce.
- Push the ground sausage off to the sides of the skillet and add bell pepper or any vegetable that needs to be cooked into the center. Cook until softened, then stir into the rest of the ground meat. Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle most of the shredded cheese blend on top of the ground sausage layer evening. Top with pepperoni slices or other toppings. Then sprinkle remaining cheese layer on top.
- Place skillet in the oven under the broiler on high for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

CRUSTLESS PIZZA

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, beat the egg with the flour, salt, to taste, and milk to make a smooth batter.
- Butter a round ovenproof pie dish, then stir half the grated cheese into the batter, before pouring it into the dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Take the dish out of the oven, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and add the chorizo or pepperoni, if using, - or anything else - now, too. Return the dish to the oven and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes to make sure it's heated through.
- Once the cheese on top is melted and looks burnished fold on the crustless pizza, take it out of the oven and serve, cut into slices. A green or tomato salad on the side would not be a bad idea...
- Leftover Note:
- Leftovers can be reheated the next day in a hot oven for 8 to10 minutes, but sadly they won't be as nice as the first time around.
RIDICULOUSLY EASY CHICAGO-STYLE PIZZA PIE
Chicago-style pizza is great, but it can be a pain to make and way too expensive to buy from a restaurant... so I came up with this easy-to-make recipe. The best Chicago pizzas usually feature cornbread crusts, but the pie crusts make a surprisingly tasty substitute! I use this recipe by Dan-Amer #1 for the sausage (http://www.food.com/recipe/homemade-bulk-italian-sausage-chicago-style-329000), but store-bought sausage should work just as well.

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake the pie crust according to your package's directions. I usually prick the bottom and sides of the crust all over with a fork and bake it for 10 minutes, or until it becomes slightly golden. Remove, and set aside.
- Brown the sausage for about 5 minutes in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked and the onions are soft and translucent. Drain of any excess fat. (You can add salt & pepper at this point depending on how salty/spicy your sausage is- I usually don't).
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan on the bottom of your pie crust. Top the cheese with the sausage mixture, and spread it out evenly. Next, spread the pizza sauce over the top, making sure the filling is completely covered. Finally, you can sprinkle the Italian seasoning and grated cheese on top, if you wish.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.

CRUSTLESS PIZZA

- In an 11- or 12-inch skillet, preferably the nonstick kind, spread the shredded cheese evenly over the bottom. Turn heat to medium.
- As the cheese melts, sprinkle the seasonings on top and arrange the bits of meat and tomatoes according to personal preference.
- Fry the cheese until the edges become crisp and brown. Meanwhile, fill the kitchen sink with about 1 inch of cold water.
- When the cheese is done (edges slightly crisp, but the center not yet brown on top), remove the pan from the heat, and set it in the sink to cool the bottom quickly. After 30 to 45 seconds, take a fork and lift the cheese ''pie'' out of the skillet, transferring it to a cutting board. With a chef's knife or pizza cutter, cut it into small wedges and serve.

EASY HAMBURGER PIZZA PIE
I found this recipe about 55 years ago on a Pillsbury Crescent Roll tube. I embellished it a bit and this is what I came up with. The picture to the left is extra thick because I used a smaller baking dish.

- 1. Preheat oven at 375. Unroll pizza dough. Spray a 9x13 glass dish. Line dish with pizza dough in bottom and up sides. Place filled pan in oven for 5 minutes.
- 2. Brown hamburger and onions together in skillet. Drain. Then add drained mushrooms and two cans of tomato paste. Mix well and heat through until hot.
- 3. Spoon half of hamburger mixture in pizza dough. Cover with pepperoni then 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Repeat.
- 4. Place in oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 4 or 6 pieces and enjoy.
- 5. You can substitute whatever you like in a pizza for the mushrooms, pepperoni, etc. My husband loves this recipe.
PIZZA POT PIE

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Press 1 pie crust into the bottom of a 9-inch cake pan.
- Combine sausage, marinara, green bell pepper, and onion in a bowl. Fill the bottom crust with marinara mixture and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with the second crust, crimping the edges to seal. Cut an "x" in the top crust to release steam. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over top crust and arrange pepperoni over seasonings.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix uncooked beef, bread crumbs, oregano, salt and egg.
- Press mixture evenly against bottom and side of ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Spread mushrooms, bell pepper, pepperoni and olives and then a thin layer of cheese on top of beef mixture. Repeat the layer without the cheese. This should fill up the pie.
- Pour tomato sauce over toppings.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes and the beef is no longer pink in center and the juice is clear.
- Carefully drain the juices.
- Sprinkle with cheese bake until the cheese is light brown.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
