Steps:
- Place the chicken into the crockpot and sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the chicken breasts.

- Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and using shredders or forks, shred the chicken breasts before returning back to the crockpot.
- Serve over rice or cooked noodles

- Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch pieces. Salt and flour pieces. Lightly brown in oil.
- Place chopped vegetables in crock pot. Place chicken pieces on top.
- Mix spaghetti sauce with water, worcestershire sauce, italian seasoning and garlic powder. Pour mixture over all.

- place chicken breasts on bottom of crock pot & sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- place remaining ingredients into medium bowl, melt in microwave & stir together. Pour on top of chicken.
- Cook on low for 4 hours (add 2 more hours if chicken breasts were frozen).
- Serve over pasta of choice.
- OVEN METHOD: Brown breasts in oil (couple minutes each side) before placing in 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
- OPTION: Can substitute cream of celery for cream of mushroom or Can also substitute 2nd cream of soup for 3/4 cup white wine.
