A great, no fuss way to make chicken fajitas. I serve them with Mexican rice and refried beans. A big favorite here.

Steps:
- Place chicken and onions (and peppers, if using) in crockpot. Sprinkle spices over all. Add the lime juice and stir well.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours. If you start with frozen chicken breast, you might need to cook for longer than 6 hours.
- Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite fajita toppings.

SLOW COOKER CHICKEN FAJITAS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow onion, boneless, skinless chicken breast, taco seasoning, garlic, lime, canned diced tomatoes with green chiles, flour tortilla, cheese, sour cream, guacamole

Steps:
- Add half of the sliced peppers and onions to your slow cooker.
- Layer the chicken and coat all sides with taco seasoning.
- Top with garlic, the juice from one lime, and tomatoes (be sure to drain).
- Add the remaining peppers and onions, cover and any remaining lime juice.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and cut/shred into slices (chicken left longer will tend to shred more - cook to your preference).
- Return the sliced chicken to the slow cooker to marinate in the juices for about 10 more minutes (on LOW) until ready to serve.
- NOTE: If you find that there is too much liquid, you can remove till there is a desired amount before serving.
- Assemble Fajitas to your liking - we recommend topping with cheese, sour cream, and guacamole!

- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Then add the fajita seasoning, diced tomatoes, sliced peppers, onion, garlic and lime juice on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Once chicken is cooked through, remove and shred with a fork or knife.
- Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker and stir.
- Serve immediately with toppings of choice.

- 1. Place the chicken breasts in a crockpot.
- 2. Top with cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, lime juice, diced green chilis, and salsa.
- 3. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender and shreds easily.
- 4. Shred the chicken lightly and replace the cover.
- 5. Heat the oil on high heat in a large saute pan. Add the peppers and onions to the pan ad saute until browned in places, yet still crisp. Your pan will need to be very hot to do this.
- 6. Add the cooked vegetables to the crockpot with the chicken.
- 7. Serve with lettuce, salsa, lime wedge. (If not on Whole30, you can serve with tortillas and sour cream also.).

This recipe is so easy and good! I didn't have time one day to make fajitas, so I decided to put them in the crock pot. They turned out real good and not soupy at all. The McKormick seasonings really gave the chicken a good flavor.

- Mix chicken broth and fajitas seasoning until blended.
- Place cut up chicken in crock pot.
- Add green peppers and onion if you want.
- Pour chicken broth/fajitas mixture over everything.
- Set crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken from crockpot with a slotted spoon when its done.
- Place on warmed up flour tortillas and serve with favorite toppings.

I searched high and low for a great recipe for slow cooker fajitas before I came up with this. The best part for me is that I don't have to defrost the meat before I throw it in there. Also, this makes a very large batch, so it's good for big families or a crowd of guests.

- Combine chicken breasts, tomatoes, salsa, chili powder, salt, paprika, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, bouillon granules, cumin, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes in a slow cooker.

- Prepare your onions and bell peppers by chopping them into your desired size/shape. I like to cute them fajita style, but any shape will do!
- Pour your tomatoes into a 6-quart slow cooker first, then add the chicken, vegetables, and seasoning on top. Stir to combine. NOTE! If you like your peppers and onoins less cooked, add them halfway through cooking instead of at the beginning.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6, or until the chicken and vegetables are very tender.
