CROCK POT CREAMY TACO DIP
This is very simple to make, but very flavorful with a Tex-Mex flair. Great to take to potlucks along with a bag of nacho cheese tortilla chips...

Steps:
- In skillet, brown ground chuck in oil and chop finely with a spatula. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute' just long enough to sweat but not brown. Drain.
- Put meat mixture in crock pot and add all other ingredients. Stir and cover. Heat on "low" for 2-3 hours, stirring after the first hour.
- Garnish with finely chopped green onion stems, if desired.

- Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips in a greased slow cooker.
- Cook on Low 2-3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips!

- 1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- 2. Drain the fat and transfer a Crock Pot.
- 3. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 1-4 hours or until cheese is melted. (Refer to personal note for further information).
- 4. Switch to a warm setting and/or leave on LOW and serve with tortilla chips.
