CROCK POT HAM WITH BROWN SUGAR
This crock pot ham is a spiral cut ham topped with a 3 ingredient glaze, then slow cooked to perfection. This is the BEST way to make your holiday ham, the slow cooker does all of the work!

Steps:
- Coat a large 7-8 quart crock pot with cooking spray.
- Place the ham cut side down in the crock pot.
- Rub the brown sugar all over the ham, then pour the maple syrup and pineapple juice over the top.
- Cook for 3-4 hours on low heat, or until a thermometer registers 140 degrees F when inserted into the thickest part of the ham.
- Transfer the ham to a serving platter.
- Pour the liquid from the bottom of the crock pot into a medium sized pan.
- Place the pan over medium-high heat and bring the liquid to a simmer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until just thickened,
- Pour the sauce over the ham. Decorate the serving platter with fresh herbs if desired, then serve.

Steps:
- Add spiral ham to crock pot insert with the juices from the package. Arrange the ham so that the slices are facing upward.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and yellow mustard.
- Spread the brown sugar paste over the ham, separating the slices so it seeps down into them.
- Cover with lid, and cook for 4 to 5 hours on low or until warmed through.
- For easy transport, cut the ham into bite-sized pieces and place in a 13 x 9 inch dish or disposable foil pan. Pour all the juices over top to keep it from drying out. Cover tightly with foil and a lid.
- If desired, pour cooking juices into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce until thickened. Pour over ham before serving.

Steps:
- Remove ham from packaging and place in a large (7+ quart) slow cooker. Discard flavor packet (if any). Be sure to place ham flat-side down in slow cooker.
- Generously rub with brown sugar all over ham. Pour maple syrup and pineapple juice over the ham.
- Add lid and cook for 2-3 hours on low heat.
- Spoon juices over the ham and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove ham from slow cooker and serve!

CROCK POT MAPLE HAM
This is like a poor man's maple glazed ham. We love the spiral sliced maple/honey glazed hams, but they are soooo expensive. This is a great way to make one without spending a fortune.

Steps:
- Put ham into crock pot (make sure it fits!) Put syrup, applesauce and cinnamon into a measuring cup and whisk them together to form a glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the ham in the crock pot.
- Turn the crock pot on high for 1 hour to seal in heat.
- Turn down to low after first hour and cook for 4 more hours.
- When done take out, slice and enjoy!

- Unwrap ham and discard flavor packet.
- Rub brown sugar all over the ham and make sure to get into the slices. We want them extra tasty!
- Pour on maple syrup and pineapple juice.
- Cover and cook for 4-5 hours on low.
- Baste ham every 30 minutes and make sure to get in between the slices (though not required, I did do this).
- When ham is done, remove ham from crock pot and allow to rest on cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing.
