16 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
1 tablespoon dry mustard
¾ tablespoon garlic powder
¾ tablespoon onion powder
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
24 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Line a slow cooker with a slow cooker liner and spray with cooking spray.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Spread 1/3 hash browns, 1/3 cooked sausage, and 1/3 Cheddar cheese into the bottom of the prepared slow cooker. Repeat layers in that order with remaining hash browns, sausage, and Cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture on top.
  • Cook on Low until eggs are set, 6 to 8 hours.

1 lb medium breakfast sausage
8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
  • Brown your sausage in a frying pan on your stove over medium-high heat
  • In a bowl, beat your eggs
  • Add half of your cheese, salt and pepper and mix well
  • Pour your egg mixture into your crock pot
  • Sprinkle your browned sausage evenly over your egg mixture
  • Top with remaining cheese
  • Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (it is done when the eggs have set up completely)

1 pound sausage, cooked and drained
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Grease sides of crockpot (or spray with Pam). If desired, spread mustard on one side of the bread and cut bread into large squares. Make layers in the crockpot of bread, followed by sausage, followed by cheese, ending with a cheese layer. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Pour over crockpot mixture, cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours.

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage with onion and peppers until cooked through and no longer pink. Drain and set aside.
  • Grease a large 6 quart slow cooker (or bigger) with cooking spray or butter.

8 lean beef sausages
1 large brown onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 eggplants, chopped
3/4 teaspoon chili flakes
400 g diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until evenly browned. Remove to a plate lined with paper towel.
  • Add onion, garlic and eggplant to pan. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until eggplant is golden. Stir in chilli and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  • Add stock and bring to the boil. Spoon eggplant mixture into slow cooker. Add sausages. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.

1 cup milk
2 lbs of hash brown potatoes. (you can use frozen hash browns, just cook for 8-9 hours, instead of the 7-8)
1 lb of bacon or veggie Morning Star bacon- cooked
1/2 cup onions - diced
3 cups cheddar cheese - shredded
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp of pepper (I am recommending an additional pinch of salt and pepper for each layer of hash browns)

Steps:

  • Beat 12 eggs until well blended.
  • Next, beat in milk and garlic powder, mustard, 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper. Set aside.
  • Layer potatoes (I suggest to season each potato layer to taste.....a small pinch of salt and pepper) and sprinkle 1/3 of the onions.
  • Next sprinkle 1/3 of the bacon.
  • Last but not least, top with 1 cup of cheese.
  • Repeat this layering 2 more times to have a total of 3 layers....ending with cheese.
  • Take your egg mixture and pour over layers. For refrigerated hash browns, cook for 6-7 hours on low. For frozen hash browns, cook for 7-8 hours on low or until eggs are set.

1 bag (20 oz) refrigerated cooked shredded hash brown potatoes

Steps:

  • Line sides of 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with foil that has been folded into thirds; spray with cooking spray. (See tip.)
  • In medium bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half, pepper flakes, salt and pepper with whisk. Reserve 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons green onions; set aside. In small bowl, stir together remaining cheeses.
