Steps:
- In a bowl, toss the halved potatoes in the melted butter, olive oil and minced garlic.
- Add the potatoes to a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
- In another bowl, mix the dry seasoning (oregano, basil, dill, salt and pepper).
- Sprinkle the potatoes with the seasoning and toss lightly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or until the potatoes can easily be pierced with a fork.
- Remove the potatoes from the slow cooker and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese before serving.
- RECIPE NOTES: In this recipe I used Dutch yellow baby potatoes, however you can use any other type of baby potatoes (also known as "new potatoes". Baby potatoes are a small thin skinned potato that does not require peeling before cooking or eating. You can use yellow, red or they even now sell multi-colored baby potatoes in a bag in most American grocery stores.

Steps:
- Place the potatoes in a crock pot. I used a 4 quart crock pot but you can use a large one as well.
- Combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning together in a small bowl.
- Pour this mixture over the potatoes in the crock pot.
- Pour the grated cheese over the top and stir to thoroughly coat the potatoes with the cheese,
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Cut potatoes into chunks and put in crock pot Place chicken on top Mince garlic and sprinkle on top of chicken Mix honey and butter together.
- I recommend you heat the honey a little so it is easy to work with.
- Spread the honey and butter mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper on top of all of it.
- Turn crock pot on low and cook for 6-7 hours.

Steps:
- Yukon Gold, baby new red or white potatoes work well for this recipe.
- Scrub the potatoes and drain them.
- Put them in the slow cooker with the garlic. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the rosemary, salt, and thyme.
- With a spoon or your hands, toss the potatoes and garlic to coat them lightly witht the oil and herbs.
- Spread out the potatoes as evenly as possible in the crock.
- Cover and cook on High until the potatoes are tender withen pierced with a sharp knife, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
- Serve immediately.
