Crock Pot Herbed Round Steak Food

CROCK POT ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
• Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
• Goes well with mashed potatoes (makes a wonderful gravy!).

EASY CROCK POT ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
• Take your steak and cut it into 5 serving size pieces
• Put your steaks into your crock pot
• Pour in your soup mix, water and soup
• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours

CROCK POT HERBED ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Trim fat from steak.
• Cut meat into serving size portions.
• In a skillet brown meat in hot oil.
• Slice onion and place in bottom of 4 quart crock pot.
• Place browned meat atop onion.
• In a bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
• Cook on high heat setting for 5 hours.
• Serve over rice with steamed broccoli side dish.

HERBED MUSHROOM ROUND STEAK- CROCK POT

Steps:

• Trim fat from meat.
• Cut into serving sizes, if needed.
• In a large heavy skillet, brown beef on both sides in hot oil.
• Lightly spray the liner of a 4-quart crocker pot with cooking spray. ,.
• Spear one bay leaf with a toothpick (to be able to find and remove after cooking.
• Mix soup with spices and pepper.
• Meanwhile, place onion slices, green peas and mushrooms.in bottom of crock pot.
• Remove beef from skillet and place in crock pot on top of veggies.
• De-glaze pan with white wine,scrapping up meat bits.
• Add soup mixture to skillet and whisk to blend well; pour over meat in crock pot.
• Place speared bay leaf into mixture.
• Cover; cook on LOW setting for 8 hours.
• REMOVE bay leaf and toothpick.
• Serve over cooked noodles and sprinkle with parsley.

HERBED TOP ROUND ROAST

Steps:

• Pour the red wine and water into the slow cooker crock; set aside.
• In a small bowl, combine the herbs, pepper, salt, and olive oil; stir to combine. Using clean hands, rub the oil and herb mixture all over the beef roast. Place the roast into the slow cooker crock. Sprinkle the garlic and onions aroudn the raost and lay the bacon strips over the top of the roast.
• Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours.
• Before serving, flip the roast over in the slow cooker, then turn the slow cooker off and let the roast rest in the slow cooker for about 15 minutes. Remove roast to a platter and let it drain for a few minutes.
• To serve, use a sharp knife to slice the meat against the grain. If you like, dip the roast slices into the cooking juices before serving, or serve the cooking juices alongside the beef.

SLOW COOKER TENDER AND YUMMY ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Place the potatoes, onion, and carrots in slow cooker. Cut steak into six pieces, then place the meat on top of vegetables. In a mixing bowl, combine the soup mix, soup, and water; pour over beef.
• Cover, and cook on Low for 7 to 10 hours.

SLOW-COOKED ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown meat on both sides in 4 teaspoons oil. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker., In the same skillet, saute onion in remaining oil until lightly browned; place over beef. Combine the soup, oregano and thyme; pour over onion. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.
