Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing is a complete meal all in the slow cooker. Chicken and Stuffing Recipe is the best comfort food and quick and easy to prepare.

2 lbs chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
(1) 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (We make Homemade Cream of Chicken Soup)
1 cup sour cream
1 6 oz box of Stove Top chicken boxed Stuffing
(1) 12 oz bag frozen green beans

Steps:

  • Place the boneless chicken breasts in the crock pot. I like to filet mine, but that is optional. Season the chicken with garlic salt.
  • In a medium bowl mix together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
  • Spread over the chicken in the crock pot.
  • Sprinkle the box of Stove Top Stuffing over the chicken.
  • Then add the frozen green beans on top.
  • Place the lid on top. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

3 large chicken breasts
2 tsp. garlic powder, (divided use)
salt and pepper, (to taste)
1 (6 oz) box Stove Top chicken stuffing
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1 (10 oz) frozen whole green beans
1/3 cup water (or milk)

Steps:

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season chicken breasts with one teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the dry Stove Top chicken stuffing mix over the chicken.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and water.
  • Spread this mixture over the stuffing layer.
  • Sprinkle the frozen green beans on top. Season again with one teaspoon garlic powder and a bit more salt and pepper.
  • Cook on high for 4 ½ to 5 hours. Chicken temperature should be 165f degrees when fully cooked.
  • Then dig in!

  • Place chicken into bottom of a slow cooker. Pour broth over chicken. Mix soup, stuffing, and water in a bowl; spoon on top of chicken.

1 cup diced yellow onions
1 cup diced celery
1.5 -2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 x 10.5 oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Spray Crock Pot well with cooking spray.
  • Dump diced onions and diced celery into the pot.
  • Place the chicken thighs in a single layer on top of the onions and celery.
  • Dump the cream of chicken soup into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the water, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the bowl.
  • Whisk well.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the chicken thighs
  • Pour the stuffing mix over the soup mixture.
  • Pour the melted butter over the stuffing mix.
  • Place the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours remove the lid and stir well, breaking up the chicken thighs.
  • Serve and enjoy!

4 skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
6 ounces seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup water
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup frozen green beans, thawed

Steps:

  • Place chicken in crock pot.
  • Combine cream soup and chicken broth and spoon over chicken.
  • Top with potatoes.
  • Combine stuffing mix, water, butter and spoon over potatoes.
  • Cover crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Sprinkle green beans over stuffing.
  • Cover and cook on low for another hour.

4 -6 slices swiss cheese
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
1/2 cup butter, Melted

Steps:

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour Chicken broth over breasts.
  • Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Combine both cans of soup and milk.
