16 oz Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets (thawed, But Not Cooked)
1/2 Small Yellow Onion (diced)

Steps:

  • Coat a 7-6 quart slow cooker or the casserole crock with butter or bacon fat.
  • Add the eggs, cream, 1/2 cup of cheddar, parm, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk in the crock until well combined and then stir in ham, broccoli and onion.
  • Top with remaining cheddar.
  • Cook on high for 1-3 hours until set.

3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Steps:

  • Rinse and trim the thick stalks from the fresh broccoli florets.
  • Place the broccoli, cream soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheese and milk in a 7 quart slow cooker.
  • Stir to combine well.
  • Add the pepper, salt and paprika to the slow cooker and mix again.
  • Slow cook on low, occasionally stirring to prevent sticking and cook for 4 hours or until the broccoli is tender.

24 oz frozen broccoli cauliflower mix ((2 - 12 oz bags))
10 oz can cream of celery soup
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
12 ounces of Velveeta cheese (cubed)
salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter (melted)

Steps:

  • In a medium sized bowl add soups and cheese.
  • Heat in microwave for 1 minute, then stir
  • Continue heating for 30 seconds until cheese has melted, stirring each time.
  • Pour both bags of frozen veggies in crock pot.
  • Pour cheesy soup mix over veggies and stir.
  • Place lid on and set crock pot on high for 2-3 hours or until it is bubbling
  • Crush your sleeve of crackers and place in plastic bag
  • Pour melted butter into bag of crushed crackers and mix well
  • Pour crackers evenly on baking sheet
  • Place cookie sheet under broiler for 90 seconds
  • Stir crackers up with spatula
  • Place under broiler for 30 more seconds
  • After veggies are cooked, pour crackers over casserole
  • Serve and enjoy!

1 cup brown rice (uncooked)
1 small yellow onion (peeled and chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth ((plus up to 1 cup extra))
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cups broccoli florets (cut into smaller pieces as needed)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Steps:

  • To a slow cooker, add rice, onion, garlic, and dried thyme. Pour chicken broth over rice.
  • Season chicken all over with onion powder and salt. Then rub both sides with Dijon mustard. Place in the slow cooker on top of rice.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or on LOW for 5-6 hours.
  • Uncover the slow cooker and transfer chicken to a cutting board. Once cool enough to handle, chop chicken into small pieces.

Steps:

  • Make foil collar for crockpot by folding 2 pieces of foil to make 2 strips measuring approximately 18x14-inches each. Line inside of crockpot insert with foil strips and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl add celery soup, 2 cups of cheese, and green onions and stir until combined.

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cracker crumbs (such as Townhouse or saltines)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Partially thaw the frozen broccoli under cold running water or steam for a minute or two in the microwave or on the stovetop in a few tablespoons of water.
