AIR FRYER POTATO SKINS
Easy air fryer potato skins! A delicious appetizer for any occasion.

Steps:
- Clean and dry potatoes. Coat the skins with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Pierce a few holes in the potatoes with a fork.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook at 390 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Let potatoes cool and then cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out inside of the potato leaving a little to hold the shape of the skin.
- Season the inside of the potatoes with salt and pepper. Add in shredded cheese and then place skins back in air fryer.
- Cook at 390 degrees for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Top with your favorite toppings like sour cream, bacon and green onion.

Steps:
- Place potato skins in one row in an air fryer basket. Spray them with oil. Air fry for 5 minutes at 360°F.
- Top each potato skin with a generous handful of cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits. Air fry for 5 more minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is gooey and melted.
- Top with green onions, sour cream and/or salsa.

- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions for 3 minutes.
- Place potatoes on a plate and use your hands to lightly cover them all with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer for 30 minutes, flipping over with tongs halfway through cooking. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
