1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup fat-free milk
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 jar (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can (5 ounces) albacore white tuna in water
1/4 cup chopped roasted sweet red pepper
TOPPING:
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions., In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in the mushrooms, tuna and red pepper. Drain noodles; add to soup mixture and stir until blended. Transfer to an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray., Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over casserole. 5 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 cups 2% milk
1 teaspoon dill weed

2 slices white bread, crumbled
1 can (12 ounces) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup reduced-fat ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine the flour, milk, dill and salt until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour 1-1/4 cups sauce into a 2-qt. baking dish; set aside. , In a nonstick skillet, saute celery and onion in oil until tender. Add bread. Stir in the tuna, salad dressing and cheese; mix well. 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 small yellow onion, diced small
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
4 cups whole milk
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1 hamburger bun, torn into large pieces
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess liquid squeezed out
2 cans (6 ounces each) light tuna in water, drained and flaked
6 ounces jumbo pasta shells (about 20), cooked according to package instructions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium pot, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion and cook until softened, about 6 minutes. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, and cook until slightly thickened and bubbling, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and let sauce cool slightly.
  • In a food processor, combine bun, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red-pepper flakes. Process until fine crumbs form. Transfer half the mixture to a large bowl and combine with spinach, tuna, and half the sauce; season with salt and pepper. Fill each shell with 2 heaping tablespoons spinach mixture and place in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and breadcrumb mixture. Bake until sauce is bubbling and breadcrumbs are golden, about 20 minutes.

2 (5 ounce) cans albacore tuna, in water. Undrained
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup vegetables, we use frozen corn
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

garlic powder
cracker, if desired

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook pasta until al dente.
  • Combine tuna, sour cream, soup, veggies, and garlic in a pot and warm on stove top over low heat.

1/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup frozen peas and pearl onions
1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the soup, pimento, green pepper, onion, pepper, and milk. Stir in half of the cheese until melted.

1 lb rotini pasta
2 (12 ounce) cans tuna, drained
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peas and carrots, drained (I prefer DelMonte because they are diced)
1 (8 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese
mustard, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook rotini according to package directions while oven is preheating.
  • While the rotini is cooking, whisk together the softened cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, tuna, milk,, and enough mustard to color it slightly. The mustard really adds a great flavor!

1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked, or more to taste
½ cup sour cream
½ cup milk, divided

¼ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
⅛ teaspoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®), or more to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces, divided
8 ounces ridged potato chips (such as Ruffles®)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain.
