Creamy Raspberry Dressing Food

CREAMY RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

Steps:

• Heat the raspberries and 1 tablespoon of water in a small saucepan over medium heat, covered.
• After a couple of minutes, juices will begin seeping out of the raspberries. Use a fork to mash the raspberries and allow the mixture to come to a gentle boil.
• Remove the cover from the saucepan and allow the mixture to gently bubble for a couple of minutes, ensuring the raspberries are completely softened. Add the honey and stir to combine.
• Pour the raspberry mixture into a bowl or container and place it in the refrigerator until completely cold.
• Using a fine strainer, strain the raspberry mixture into a bowl, separating the pulp from the syrup. Press the raspberry pulp into the strainer to get out as much liquid as possible. Save the raspberry pulp for a smoothie or to put on ice cream later, and use the raspberry syrup for this dressing.
• In a small blender (I used my magic bullet), combine all of the ingredients, including the raspberry syrup. Blend until completely combined and creamy. If you don't have a blender, you can whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl vigorously.
• Serve on your favorite salads!

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING

Steps:

• Press raspberries through a fine-mesh sieve using a spoon to remove seeds.
• Whisk raspberries, rice vinegar, garlic, sugar, sea salt, and white pepper together in a bowl. Slowly drizzle avocado oil into raspberry mixture, whisking rapidly, until dressing is thick and creamy. Let sit until flavors develop, about 10 minutes.

• In a blender, combine the yogurt, raspberries, vinegar and sugar. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until chilled.

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the yogurt, raspberries, vinegar and sugar. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until chilled.

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

Steps:

• In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, oregano, and pepper. Shake well.

BERRY AVOCADO SALAD WITH CREAMY RASPBERRY POPPYSEED DRESSING

Steps:

• In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, berries, avocados, pine nuts and feta cheese.
• In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar, cider vinegar, poppyseeds and raspberries. Pulse until blended and smooth.
• Pour half over the salad and toss to coat. Add more dressing if needed.
• Serve immediately and garnish with with more feta cheese and pine nuts if desired and enjoy!

STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD WITH CREAMY RASPBERRY DRESSING

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375ºF.
• Spread almonds on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
• Sprinkle with sugar and spritz with water.
• Toast almonds in oven until golden (about 10 minutes or so).
• Remove and cool.
• Toss together spinach, strawberries and onion.
• Whisk together sugar, vinegar, olive oil, mayo, poppy seeds, salt and pepper.
• Just before serving, drizzle salad with raspberry dressing and sprinkle with candied almonds.

CREAMY RASPBERRY DRESSING

Steps:

• Whiz the ingredients in a mini food processor.
• Enjoy!

TURKEY SALAD WITH CREAMY RASPBERRY DRESSING

Steps:

• Mix sour cream and dressing until blended
• Combine turkey, grapes, celery and carrots.
• Cover platter with salad greens; top with turkey mixture. Drizzle with sour cream mixture.

RASPBERRY CREAM DRESSING

Steps:

• Place raspberries in a blender and process until smooth.
• Pour through a strainer into a bowl and press the mixture with the back of a spoon against the sides of the strainer to squeeze out liquid.
• Discard seeds.
• Combine the raspberry puree, olive oil,& remaining ingredients, whisking until smooth.
• Chill.

RASPBERRY POPPY SEED DRESSING

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Add raspberries; cover and process until blended. Stir in poppy seeds. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

BRUNCHTIME SALAD WITH CREAMY RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

Steps:

• Arrange salad mix on a serving platter. Arrange the pre-cut fruit atop the salad greens.
• For the dressing, combine Italian dressing, yogurt, and thawed raspberries in a blender and puree until smooth.
• Spoon desired amount of dressing over salad and garnish with slivered almonds.

LETTUCE, RAISIN AND WALNUT SALAD WITH CREAMY RASPBERRY DRESSING

Steps:

• Mash 1/2 cup raspberries through a fine sieve set over a bowl. Press and extract as much pulp as possible.
• Add vinegar and sugar to pulp and stir to dissolve.
• Whisk in oil and cream.
• Combine lettuce, raisins and nuts in a large bowl.
• Lightly coat lettuce leaves with dressing, add salt and pepper to taste; toss.
• Divide among plates and sprinkle with remaining raspberries.

RUBY TUESDAY'S CREAMY RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

Steps:

• Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
• Refrigerate until serving time.

CREAMY RASPBERRY DRESSING

Steps:

• Thaw raspberries in the microwave for 30 seconds. Leave to cool. Fresh raspberries can also be used, but they will make less juice.
• Place thawed raspberries and maple syrup in an electric blender. Blend for 30 seconds to reduce raspberries to a sweet puree.
• Add the cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar and whisk by hand to create an emulsion. Stores in the refrigerator for a few days without any problems.
