Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and lemon juice until smooth. Add pineapple and 1 cup marshmallows; fold in whipped topping. Sprinkle with the nuts, cherries and remaining marshmallows. Refrigerate leftovers.

PINEAPPLE AND LIME JELL-O FLUFF
Steps:
- 1. Boil 1 cup water. .
- 2. In a large bowl add lime Jell-O. Pour in boiling water, stirring constantly to dissolve, about 2 minutes
- 3. Add 1/2 cup cold water and pineapple juice.
- 4. Blend in cream cheese. Chill until thickened, but not set, about 1 1/2 hours.
- 5. Fold in pineapple, marshmallows, and nuts.
- 6. Pour into 1 qt. mold (or a small cake pan) and chill until firm, about 2 hours. (Spray with unflavored Pam spray.)
- 7. Unmold by placing mold in warm water for 10 to 15 seconds. Invert mold onto serving platter.
PINEAPPLE PRETZEL FLUFF SALAD
Steps:
- Add the pretzels, butter, & sugar to a large mixing bowl. Stir everything together until the pretzels are all evenly coated.
- Transfer the pretzels to a rimmed sheet pan that's been spread with parchment paper. Spread them out evenly into a single layer.
- Bake the pretzels at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Remove the pretzels from the oven, and spread them onto a large sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface. Make sure they're in a single even layer, not touching each other as much as possible. Allow them to cool completely.
- Add the powdered sugar & cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, cream them together until smooth.
- Add the pineapple, stirring to evenly incorporate. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture's smooth.
- When ready to serve, fold in half of the candied pretzels. Sprinkle the remaining pretzels evenly out over top.
- Serve immediately.

- Drain pineapple, reserving the juice in a small saucepan.
- Set pineapple aside.
- Add enough water to juice to make 1-1/3 cups; bring to a boil.
- Place gelatin in a bowl; add boiling liquid and stir to dissolve.
- Cool until slightly thickened.
- In a mixing bowl, whip cream; gradually beat in sugar.
- Fold into the gelatin mixture. Stir in pineapple and cottage cheese; blend well.
- Pour into a 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl; chill at least 3 hours or overnight.

- Dissolve Jello gelatin in boiling water; add pineapple juice and refrigerate 1 hour to cool. Also chill the condensed milk for 1 hour.
- Beat the condensed milk till thick (I use my kitchenaid mixer on high for 5 minutes.).
- Beat Jello till light and fluffy (about 3 minutes with a mixer), then add condensed milk.
- Fold in rice and well drained pineapple. Chill at least 1 hour.

- In a medium-sized bowl, add the jello and carefully pour in the boiling water. Using a whisk, stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool, about 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add the softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple. Using a hand mixer on low speed, mix together the cream cheese and pineapple, gradually increasing the mixer speed to medium-high. Mix together for about one minute until fully combined. There may be small flecks of cream cheese, and that's okay.
- Pour the cooled jello liquid into the cream cheese and pineapple mixture. Using the hand mixer, start on low speed so it doesn't splash around a lot and begin to mix, gradually increasing the speed to medium until it is well-combined.
- Add the 12 ounces of Cool Whip. Begin with a low speed on a hand mixer and gradually increase the speed to medium-high until well-combined, about two minutes. It will still be in liquid form but trust the jello to do its work and it will solidify as it chills.
- Pour into a large glass serving bowl, cover with cling wrap and chill for at least four hours or until ready to serve. You can also use a 9x13 pan as an option instead.
- Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip and fresh berries or other fruit as garnish if desired.
