- In a large saucepan, melt the butter/margarine. Add the soup, water and milk. Stir together over medium heat. Add the onion, salt and pepper and bring all to a boil.
- When mixture starts boiling, add the chicken meat and simmer all together until chicken is cooked through. Add the sliced mushrooms and boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Serve!

Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan.
- Season chicken breasts generously on both sides with salt and pepper then place in the frying pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the pan then add the mushrooms. Cook until golden brown all over.
- Add the garlic and herbs and allow to cook for 30 seconds before adding the cream.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and allow to come to a simmer. Simmer 5 minutes then add the chicken breasts back to the sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened and can coat the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle over chopped parsley (optional) and serve.

Steps:
- cook off chicken, garlic, onion and spring- onion in butter and oil until chicken not quite cooked through.
- spoon mixture into seperate bowl, keeping liquid in pan.
- add second measure of butter to juice and melt together. to this add mustard, cayenne and cornflour, cook for 1 minute.
- Stirring all the time, slowly add wine then cream. stir until thickened.
- Add chicken mixture and mushrooms to sauce and simmer lightly, stirring occasionally, for approx 20mins.
- serve with new potatoes and stirfry veges.

- For the pies: Place a large sheet pan on a rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and cook, tossing the mushrooms occasionally, until they soften and turn golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the chicken, mustard and chives. Add the cream cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Remove from the heat.
- Lightly flour a work surface and roll the pastry into an 11-inch square. Cut the pastry in half. Divide the chicken and mushroom mixture in half and place each half on one end of each rectangle of pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, melt butter with oil over medium-high heat.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix 2 tsp. mustard and 1/2 tsp. each pepper and garlic powder; spread onto chicken.
- Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 1 min. on each side. Transfer chicken to plate, reserving drippings in skillet.
- Add mushrooms to reserved drippings; cook, stirring frequently to loosen browned bits from bottom of skillet, 6 min. Add leeks; cook, stirring frequently, 6 min. or until tender. - In large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and brown the chicken pieces.
- Season to taste with garlic salt and paprika. Remove from pan and keep warm.

- Blend flour, 1/2 teaspoon thyme and allspice in small bowl.
- Set aside 1 tablespoon of flour mixture.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, then with enough of remaining flour mixture to coat.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir chicken in the hot oil until almost browned and no longer pink in the center, 5 to 7 minutes. Add mushrooms, onion, and parsley; saute until cooked down, about 5 minutes. Add paprika, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
