Chipped beef dip is one of our favorite hot dips to serve for for game day, as an appetizer or to take to a potluck. Warm chipped beef dip is a classic appetizer that everyone loves.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
8 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 ounces chipped beef (diced)
4 green onions (sliced)

Steps:

Heat oven to 350.
Cream together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
Stir in the diced chipped beef and sliced green onions.
Spoon into a baking dish and smooth.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until dip is bubbly.
Garnish with extra chipped beef and sliced onions, if desired.

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1 pkg. (2-1/2 oz.) sliced smoked beef, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

Cook and stir onion in butter in medium saucepan on low heat until onion is tender.
Add milk and cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring frequently.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve as a hot dip with French bread cubes.

Wow...A favorite with all my family and friends. I refuse to give any of them the recipe because it is so easy. I love it when they keep asking for it! I often throw all the ingredients into slow cooker and head to work. We all eat when ever we get in the door. The au jus is great! Add beef to lightly toasted buns, and dip away in the au jus.

4 pounds beef chuck roast
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
3 bay leaves
1 cup soy sauce
6 cups water

Steps:

Place roast in slow cooker. Season with garlic and rosemary and add bay leaves. Pour in soy sauce and water. Cook on Low setting for 6 to 10 hours. Unlike most roasts, the longer it cooks, the better.

This is a good dip to bring to a gathering. It is made with the bags of sandwich beef that hang in the sandwich meat section of the grocery store. This is a totally delicious dip that men, especially, love. It has a wonderful hint of green pepper and onion and when baked and served it has great flavor.

1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped fine
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
2 (2 1/2 ounce) bags sliced deli roast beef, chopped fine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low till the cream cheese melts and everything is mixed well.
Add the Worcestershire Sauce.
Put in some kind of an oven proof pottery crock, or very small bean pot.
Cover the pot and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers (Wheat Thins are especially good).

Creamy, cheesy, delicious hot beef taco dip perfect for a party and a family dinner alike. This beef taco dip is made with ground beef, veggies, cheese, and some more cheese.

1.25 lbs ground beef (90/10 meat to fat ratio)
1 Vidalia onion
2 Roma tomatoes
1 jalapeno
1 red chili pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 oz packet Taco seasoning
1 cup Mexican cheese mix (to mix)
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup Mexican cheese mix (to top)
1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 and make sure the baking dish (or cast iron skillet) is lightly greased.
Heat up a cooking pan over medium heat and add a couple of tablespoons of oil for cooking.
Dice onions, tomatoes, jalapeno, and chili pepper. (You can choose to discard the seeds or keep the seeds for extra spice.)
Start to cook onions until transparent. Add jalapeno and chili pepper and saute until softened.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook until all veggies are softened.
Add ground beef and break it up as much as possible. Cover with a lid and cook until the meat it done. Mix and break apart the clumps occasionally, as meat cooks.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and stir everything together well.
Once meat is cooked, transfer the meat and veggies mixture into a mixing bowl.
Stir in cream cheese until completely combined and smooth.
Stir in 1 cup of Mexican cheese mix and transfer into a baking dish or skillet.
Top off with remaining cup of Mexican cheese mix and sprinkle chipotle chili powder and paprika over the cheese.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbles.

1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (25 ounce) jar salsa
2 green onions, sliced (optional)
grated mozzarella cheese

Steps:

Brown lean ground beef over medium high heat.
When cooked, add taco seasoning mix.
Meanwhile, cream together sour cream and cream cheese.
Spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a deep dish pie plate.
Layer ground beef mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
Add the salsa to the top of the ground beef.
Top with sliced green onions.
Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until heated through.
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
