- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish or 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook pasta until al dente, about 11 minutes; drain, and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and pepper; cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- In large bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of the green onions; stir in cooked pasta.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the tomato sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the meat. Stir and let it simmer, over medium heat, while the egg noodles cook.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Don't forget to add at least 1 teaspoon of salt in with the noodles. * I usually add about 2 teaspoons of kosher salt.
- In large mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream and cottage cheese.
- When noodles are done cooking, drain the noodles, but do not rinse. Add the noodles into the mixing bowl with the cottage cheese and stir to coat all the noodles.
- Pour half the egg noodle mixture into your prepared pan, top with half the ground beef mixture, and then half the shredded cheese. Repeat.

- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the hamburger and cook until almost cooked through.
- Add the onion, peppers, garlic salt and pepper ad cook until the veggies are cooked through.
- In a medium saucepan boil water for pasta . Add pasta and cook until pasta is just al dente. Do not over cook as the pasta will continue to cook in the oven. Drain.

- Note: A deep, a 12 to 14-inch pot is the perfect size for this recipe, preferably oven-safe.
- Pre-work: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Shred the cheese and set it aside along with the sour cream. We don't want those to be cold when we add them to the sauce.
- Cook and crumble the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onions halfway through and cook until softened.
- Drain grease. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add salt, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and flour. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes to remove raw flour taste.
- Add the chicken broth and use a silicone spatula to "clean" the bottom of the pot.
- Add the tomato sauce and undrained diced tomatoes.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Let it bubble gently to thicken and reduce while you start to boil the water for the pasta.
- Cook the pasta until al dente (refer to package instructions), and drain. Don't overcook.

- Place the ground beef in a heavy skillet to brown, breaking it up with a spatula. If the meat is on the lean side, add a tablespoon or two of olive oil to the pan.
- Once the meat is about halfway done (some will be browned and some still pink or red), add the onion and garlic.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper.
- Cook until onions and garlic are softened and meat is completely cooked.
- Add the tomatoes and softened cream cheese
- Stir around so the cream cheese melts evenly into the tomatoes.
