- Heat oven to 400°F.
- To blanch asparagus, heat 4 quarts water (add 1 tablespoon salt, if desired) in 6-quart Dutch oven to boiling. Add asparagus; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Remove asparagus, and immediately immerse in bowl of ice cold water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain well; pat dry with paper towels.
- Place asparagus spears in ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
- In medium bowl, mix Boursin™ cheese and whipping cream with whisk or fork until blended. Stir in Parmesan cheese; spread over asparagus. Top with tomatoes.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with thyme.

- Break tough ends off asparagus.
- Place in Ziploc bag.
- Cook garlic and parsley in oil for 3 minutes.
- Pour garlic oil over asparagus.
- Toss to coat.
- Lay coated asparagus stalks in baking tray, making sure they don't overlap.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in 400º oven for 5-8 minutes, or until asparagus is tender.
- NOTES: For extra flavor and a classy presentation, wrap 4-5 stalks together with a slice of uncooked bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Repeat with remaining stalks.
- Spoon any left over garlic oil over bunches.

- To prepare the asparagus, cut off and discard the woody ends, then neatly cut the tips away from the stalks. Keep the tips and stalks separate. In a small saucepan bring the cream and garlic to the boil. Take off the heat, remove the garlic, then set the pan aside.
- Cook the stalks in boiling salted water for about 4-5 mins until tender, drain, then tip into the cream with the grated parmesan. Blitz with a hand blender until smooth.
- Cook the pasta according to pack instructions, then throw in the tips 2 mins before the end of cooking time. Gently reheat the cream, drain pasta, then tip into a bowl with the cream. Toss, divide into pasta bowls, top with parmesan shavings and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large dutch oven or saucepot, cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain well. Return drained noodles to saucepot; set aside.
- In medium skillet, sauté onion, garlic and celery in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes or until onions are soft; set aside to cool slightly.
- Add the cooked onion mixture, crabmeat, drained asparagus, half of the parmesan cheese, parsley, and red pepper flakes to the noodle. Mix well; set aside.
