This Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is easy to make and full of flavor! Loaded with smokey bacon, pieces of chicken, melty cheese, and creamy ranch.

1 pound (550g) homemade pizza dough (or store bought)
⅔ cup (155ml) ranch dressing
3 cups (340g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1½ cups (200g) chopped cooked chicken
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Roll out dough to about a 13-15 inch circle. Place on pizza pan.
  • Top dough with ranch and spread to an even layer. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with chicken and bacon. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden.

2 pita breads
2 tablespoons KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
2 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, diced
2 pieces OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Using the stove: Preheat the broiler. Heat a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Place one pita in the pan. After the underside has browned in spots (about 3-4 minutes), remove to a baking sheet placing the browned side down and repeat with second pita. Top each pita with 1 Tablespoon of dressing and layer on chicken, bacon and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is golden. Serve immediately.
  • Using the grill: Preheat the grill using medium heat. Place the pitas on the grill and watch them closely until they are slightly charred on the underside. Flip over and quickly spread 1 Tablespoon of dressing on each pita. Layer on chicken, bacon and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese onto each pita. Lower the heat to low and close the grill until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

10 slices bacon, coarsley chopped
6 whole whole wheat pita bread (6-7 inches in diameter)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
6 thin slices red onions
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until crisp, 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Removed with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  • Place unsplit pita breads, concave sides up on a baking sheeet.
  • Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with basil.
  • Divide onion, tomatoes, and bacon over pitas and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake about 8 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Grind pepper over pizza and cut into wedges to serve.

4 pita breads
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1 tomato, thinly sliced
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
4 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-low heat.
  • Spread pitas with dressing; top with tomatoes, meat and cheese.
  • Grill, covered, 10 to 15 min. or until pizzas are heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with onions.

I am a Full-Time college student and when I'm at school I sometimes get a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap so this recipe came from my love for those!

INGREDIENTS
4 Tbsp monterey chicken seasoning
2 can(s) chunk white chicken
1 pkg real bacon bits
6 oz colby jack shredded cheese
10 oz ranch dressing, or about 2/3 of a 16 oz bottle
shredded lettuce (optional)
pita pockets, i use wheat pita pockets

Steps:

  • 1. Spray a medium to large pan with non-stick cooking spray and then place over medium to medium-high heat.
  • 2. While the pan is warming up, drain 2 cans of chicken adding to pan directly after draining.
  • 3. Add real bacon bits and monterey chicken seasoning (I prefer McCormick's) into pan with the chicken.
  • 4. After the chicken mixture is warmed through, transfer to a bowl and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  • 5. With the chicken mixture still warm add in 4-6 ounces of colby jack cheese (if you don't like colby jack you can use shredded cheddar too) and mix together.
  • 6. Then add in about 2/3 of a 16 ounce bottle of Ranch Dressing (which is about 10 ounces) to the chicken and cheese mix and stir.
  • 7. Add 1 large spoonful, or as much you would like, of the chicken mix to a pita pocket and then a small handful of shredded lettuce onto the top.
  • 8. Enjoy!

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Pour the Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing into a large bowl.
  • Add the chicken to the bowl of dressing and mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • In a shallow bowl, add the breadcrumbs, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and stir until well combined. Dredge each breast in the bread crumb and cheese mixture.
  • Arrange the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
