- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.
- Mix egg noodles, ham, evaporated milk, cream of chicken soup, onion, and processed cheese food in a 9x13-inch baking dish until evenly distributed.
- Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and cheese food is melted, about 1 hour. About 5 minutes before end of baking, sprinkle chips atop casserole and return to oven; bake for 5 minutes more.

I had the broccoli, ham and cheese, but no cream soup, so I took a couple existing recipes and improvised. Also, I used Jarlsberg cheese, but Swiss or any favorite cheese could be used.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook onions in butter until almost soft, add garlic and cook all until soft.
- Sprinkle flour over butter/onion mixture, stir to form a roux.
- Slowly pour in milk and broth. Stir until somewhat thickened. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Continue to stir until thickened.
- Spread ham, broccoli and rice in 9x9 glass casserole pan (or similar).
- Pour cheese mixture over top.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle fried onions on top. Bake for another 15 min until cheese is bubbling but not burnt!
- Note: I was out of milk and didn't want to cook rice or broccoli ahead of time. I did the onion - flour steps the same, then upped the liquid (3 Cups broth) and just added the raw rice and broccoli to the pan, let the mixture of stuff come to a boil, then simmered for a few minutes; stirred in the cheese; sprinkled the onions on top; baked for 20min. Yum!

- 1. THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU GET STARTED: Grease large casserole dish; set aside. I used PAM spray. Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. Cut asparagus in thirds; steam asparagus for about 2 to 3 minutes to start cooking process, remove from heat; set aside. Combine Mozzerella and Cheddar cheese, set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In a large bowl; whisk the soup, cream cheese, milk and wine together. Add chives, broccoli, asparagus, carrots and 2 cups of ham; stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 of the mozzearella and cheddar cheese and noodles. Toss to combine.
- 3. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish; bake for 25 minutes, uncovered; remove from oven, add remaining 1 cup of ham over top of casserole and top with swiss cheese slices; sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over swiss cheese. Cover and bake an additional 5 to minutes until cheese is melted.
- 4. Remove from over; cool for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.

- In a sauce pan combine soup, milk, butter, chopped onions, and Velveeta cheese.
- Stir several times until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and fold in the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- In a bowl combine ham, potatoes, seasonings, the broccoli or choice of vegetable if adding one, and only 1/2 of the sauce.
- Set aside the other 1/2 sauce covered with a lid.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the casserole.

- Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Boil the egg noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain, return noodles to the empty pot and set aside off the heat.
