- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Line 12-inch pizza pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil; spray with cooking spray. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer on bottom of prepared pan; press together to completely cover bottom of pan. Bake 14 min.; cool completely.
- Invert cookie crust onto plate; carefully remove foil. Turn crust over on plate.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended; spread onto crust. Top with fruit.
- Press preserves through sieve to remove any lumps; discard strained solids. Mix preserves with water until blended; brush onto fruit. Refrigerate 2 hours.

FRUIT PIZZA EVEN BETTER

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 12-inch round pizza pan with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Combine flour and confectioners' sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter with a knife or pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into prepared pizza pan to make a crust.
- Bake in preheated oven until very lightly browned, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Spread dough evenly in pan.

This dessert is so quick and easy, it would be great for kids to help create. The crunchy cookie base with the creamy cream cheese layer is a fabulous combination. But, we loved the strawberry topping. It tasted so good with the chocolate chip cookie. Very yummy!

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make the Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix with the egg and butter as directed.
- Place cookie dough on baking sheet (I covered baking sheet with tin foil). Roll it with rolling pin until smoothed out into a round-like shape (you may need to add some flour to keep it from sticking to rolling pin).
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes. When done, take it out & let cool.
- While cookie is cooling, get a medium size mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, milk & sugar. Blend well until you get a smooth & creamy mixture.
- Spread sweet cream cheese evenly onto cookie.
- Once you've done that, place strawberry topping over the "pizza" & there you have it!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare pizza crust according to directions as desired. I made it with a crispy crust.
- Remove the lid and seal from the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds until it is very soft and spreadable.
- Spread softened cream cheese on prepared crust.
- Mix together the flour, cinnamon and sugar.
- Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture on top of cream cheese.
