1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a 1-qt. glass container, layer flour mixture, brown sugar, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, cranberries, walnuts, oats and remaining chips. Cover and store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months. Yield: 1 batch (about 4 cups total)., To prepare cookies: Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter, egg and vanilla until blended. Add cookie mix and mix well. , Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks.

  • Cream together first 5 ingredients.

1 large egg, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Put an oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until smooth. With the machine running, gradually add the flour mixture. Add the oats, cranberries and chocolate chunks. Mix until just incorporated (dough will be stiff). 3/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries or 3/4 cup fruit

3/4 cup salad oil
sugar

Steps:

  • *JarMix Instructions*.
  • In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, stirring to mix well.
  • In 1-qt jar, place half of the flour mixture and press down firmly.
  • Place cranberries in jar and then cover with chocolate chips.
