CRAB DIP
This easy Crab Dip recipe is meant to impress, made with fresh lump crab meat in a creamy dip that can be served hot or cold.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in mayo, sour cream, garlic, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, Worcestershire, and lemon juice.
- Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and hot sauce and mix until smooth. Stir in crab meat.
- Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, with slices of sourdough bread, crackers, tortilla chips or chopped cold veggies.
- Leftover crab dip will keep, stored covered in the fridge, for up to 5 days. Rewarm in the microwave.

- Blend coconut milk, scallions, jalapeño, and 1/4 cup cilantro in a blender until smooth and pour into a bowl. Whisk in mayonnaise, juice, and remaining 1/4 cup cilantro until just combined. Stir in crab and salt to taste and serve spooned on plantain chips.

Steps:
- Heat olive oil on low heat, add the chopped green bell peppers, red bell peppers, green onions. Saute on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- While vegetables are sauting finely chop the Crab meat. Place crab meat in a plastic container with a lid.
- Once the vegetables are translucent, remove from heat and let cool.
- Then add the cooled vegetables to the crab meat.
- Add the lemon juice and cilantro and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips.

- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Mix cream cheese and MIRACLE WHIP in medium bowl until blended. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan; mix well.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp. onions for later use. Add remaining onions to dip along with the crabmeat, peppers and 1 cup corn; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan and corn.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until dip is heated through and mozzarella is melted. Sprinkle with reserved onions.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in the Asiago, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, pepper, seafood seasoning and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar until well combined. Fold in the crab meat. Transfer to a 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar.
- Bake until browned and bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with crackers, bread or tortilla chips!

- You will need 2 bowls for the assembly. In the first bowl combine the avocados, juice of 2 limes, salt and pepper. Mix this together until it is of chunky consistency.
