Steps:
- 1. Prepare beans overnight in a slow cooker on low with water and seasonings. Drain off cooking liquid. Add BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, and Tabasco sauce.
- 2. Brown ground beef. Slightly crush the ramen noodles in their packages. Add ramen noodles, along with their seasoning packets, 1 1/2 cups water, and beans to the browned ground beef. Bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered about 15 minutes.

- Brown meat in large deep skillet or Dutch oven; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add yellow onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add carrots, peppers and garlic; mix well. Cook 6 to 8 min. or until carrots are tender, stirring frequently. Stir in chili powder; cook and stir 1 min.
- Add tomatoes, broth, and barbecue sauce; mix well. Bring to boil. Add spaghetti; stir. Cover, simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until spaghetti is tender, stirring frequently and uncovering skillet for the last 2 min. Remove from heat.
- Top with cheese; let stand, covered, 2 min. or until melted. Top with cilantro and green onions.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Crumble the ground beef into a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until beef is evenly brown. Drain the grease, and add the onion. Cook and stir until the onion is translucent. Add the red peppers, beans, and fajita seasoning; cook and stir until heated through. Spread out in an even layer on the bottom of the skillet.
- Mix the package of cornbread mix according to the directions using the egg and milk. Spoon over the ground beef mixture, and spread evenly.
- Place the whole skillet in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cornbread layer comes out clean. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Cook steak strips in large deep nonstick skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat 3 min. or just until no longer pink in centers. Transfer to plate.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk 1 cup flour, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper in large bowl. Add chicken pieces to seasoned flour, 1 at a time, and turn to coat. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, skin side down, and sauté until brown, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to plate; reserve skillet.
- Arrange chicken in single layer in large ovenproof pot. Top with tomatoes and juice, prosciutto, onions, peppers, garlic, parsley, and bay leaves; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Add wine and Port to reserved skillet. Bring to boil, scraping up browned bits. Remove from heat. Whisk in mustard and tomato paste; pour mixture over chicken and bring to boil. Cover; transfer to oven.
- Braise chicken until very tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Discard bay leaves and parsley. Using tongs, transfer chicken and toppings to platter. Return sauce in pot to simmer. If thicker sauce is desired, stir 1 tablespoon flour and butter in small bowl until smooth paste forms. Add flour paste to sauce and whisk to blend. Simmer until sauce thickens to desired consistency, whisking often. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon over chicken and serve.
