Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, ground meat, chili powder, hot sauce, and salt. Stir and cook until meat is almost cooked through. Stir in corn and drained beans, and cook a couple more minutes until hot.
- Pour meat mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the meat, and spread shredded cheese over that. Arrange tater tots in an even layer over the top of the cheese.
- Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are golden brown. (I like to bake mine a little longer so the tots get pretty crispy on top.).

Steps:
- Brown ground beef, salt & pepper, onion, red pepper, & green pepper together until the hamburger is cooked through. Drain grease well. Add in the drained corn and Manwich sauce and mix until combined. Heat through.
- Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese over the top of the hamburger mixture.
- Place tater tots over all and then cover with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes in oven heated to 400 degrees.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
- Drain grease, then stir in the corn, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, and seasonings.
- Pour beef mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Top with frozen tater tots (try to keep them in a single layer) and then sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tater tots are thoroughly cooked.
