LEMONADE PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350ºF.
• Beat cake mix, pudding mix, 1/4 cup drink mix, 1 cup water, eggs and oil in large bowl with mixer until blended. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan.
• Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 5 min. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife. Invert cake onto serving platter; gently remove pan.
• Dissolve remaining drink mix in 3 Tbsp. warm water in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar with whisk until blended.
• Pierce warm cake at 1-inch intervals with fork or skewer completely through to bottom of cake. Gradually spoon powdered sugar glaze over cake; let stand until glaze is completely absorbed.

COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE CAKE

• PREHEAT oven to 350°F Mix cake mix, pudding mix, 1/4 cup of the drink mix, 1 cup water, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan.
• BAKE 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan. Invert onto serving platter.
• DISSOLVE remaining 1/4 cup drink mix in 3 tablespoons warm water in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar with wire whisk until well blended.
• PIERCE warm cake at 1-inch intervals with fork or skewer completely through to bottom of cake. Gradually spoon powdered sugar glaze over cake; let stand until glaze is completely absorbed.

CREAMY DREAMY LEMONADE CUPCAKES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
• Pour water into large bowl. Add 1/2 cup lemonade drink mix; mix well. Add remaining cake ingredients; beat with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl as necessary until mixture is smooth. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
• Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans to cooling racks; cool completely, about 30 minutes.
• Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat all frosting ingredients except food color with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. If necessary, add a little more milk until mixture is spreadable. For a yellow frosting, beat in a few drops yellow food color. Refrigerate until ready to frost cupcakes.
• Frost cooled cupcakes. Refrigerator until ready to serve. Store in refrigerator.

COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cream butter, sugar and lemonade mix.
• Add egg, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.
• Add flour and baking soda and mix.
• Roll dough into teaspoons size balls place on cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
• You may roll dough balls in sugar before baking or when cooled if desired.
• They are also good with a glaze of powdered sugar and milk.
• Great either way.

COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE RECIPE

Steps:

• Measure drink mix into cap to 2-qt. line.
• Add water to drink mix in 2-qt. plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Pour 2-1/2 cups drink into ice cube trays. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Refrigerate remaining drink.
• Place frozen lemonade cubes in tall glasses; fill with prepared drink. Top each with lemon slice.
