1 Cup Franks Original Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
1 Cup Franks Original Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
6 Habanero Peppers *
8-10 Jalapeno Peppers *
2-3 Cloves Organic Garlic, minced
2 Cups White Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 tsp dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried Cumin
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
*the more seeds that are left in the sauce the hotter it will be. Please use caution and for best protection, gloves when handling hot peppers
1 Cup Franks Original Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine
  • Bake (and/or) fry wings and place the wings in a large mixing bowl
  • Add 1/3 cup (or more) wing sauce to the wings and toss to combine
  • Serve with a dipping sauce and veggies to offset the heat

WINGER'S WING SAUCE

This sauce tastes exactly like Winger's wing sauce. Sweet and delicious. I found this recipe on copykat.com I haven't tried it yet but I love Winger's sauce so I'll be trying it soon. Winger's wing sauce is great on more than just wings. I use it on chicken breast sandwiches, chicken and rice and even on veggies. It's got a sweet taste and goes great on just about anything.

1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
1 cup brown sugar

Steps:

  • Using a sauce pan on low heat from the stove add all the ingredients. Stir slowly. The stove doesn't need to be hot because all we're doing is melting the brown sugar into Frank's Red Hot.
  • After a few minutes all the brown sugar should have dissolved into the sauce. If it needs thickening add more brown sugar or let stand.
  • There is no step three. It's that easy.

This is supposed to be a copycat of the sauce served on Hooter's Hotwings. I've never been in a Hooter's (and won't ever be)so I don't know how authentic the taste is, but these are quite tasty on hot wings, deep fried plain or breaded either one works nicely with this sauce.

1 1/2 cups butter, melted
1/2 cup Tabasco sauce, plus
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons chili sauce

Steps:

  • Simply mix all the ingredients together very well.
  • Dunk, dip or soak your cooked wings in this sauce.
  • For a change of pace, I will occasionally re-fry the wings after they've been sitting in the sauce, and then dunk them again once they've spent just a few seconds in the deep fryer, crisping up.
  • Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing, or whatever you prefer.
