Steps:
- In small bowl add lime juice, olive oil and sugar. Mix well, until sugar is dissolved.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine green onions, cilantro and coleslaw mix. Toss to mix.
- Pour lime juice mixture over coleslaw mixture. Toss until coated.
- Store, covered, in the refrigerator, for 2 hours, to allow the flavors to develop, or until ready to serve.

Steps:
- Mix the slaw ingredients in a bowl.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse to combine.
- Season the fish filets with the garlic salt.
- Heat a grill or grill pan, and brush the grill grates with oil.
- Grill the fish 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Cook the tortillas over an open flame on your stovetop or on the grill.
- Assemble the tacos by adding the fish, cheese, chili garlic sauce, cabbage, pico de gallo, and green sauces.
- Serve with white rice and black beans.

- Toss the slaw mix, red onion, lime juice, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl; set aside.
- Preheat a grill to medium. Oil the grates. Mix the cayenne with 1/2 teaspoon salt in a small bowl; rub all over the fish. Grill until well marked on the bottom and the fish releases easily from the grill, about 6 minutes. Flip and grill until cooked through, 4 to 6 more minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and slice or flake the fish.
- Meanwhile, wrap the tortillas in foil and warm on the grill, about 4 minutes.
- Divide the fish among the warm tortillas. Top with the slaw, cilantro, crema and salsa verde. Serve with lime wedges.
