Cool Chicken N Pasta Salad Food
CREAMY CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
Steps:
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water per the package directions. Drain well and run under cold water. Set aside.
- Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with dressing.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with green onions and serve.

This is a light and tasty salad which can be used as a main dish. I have shared it at church potlucks, and I think it would also be good at a bridal shower or ladies' luncheon.

Steps:
- Chill chicken and pasta thoroughly.
- Mix pasta, chicken, celery, apples, grapes, pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
- Combine mayonnaise mixture with chicken/pasta mixture.
- Chill before serving.
