Everything you love about a cheeseburger in one party-ready, satisfying dip. This cheeseburger dip is perfect for game-day eats, backyard barbecues, and more.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375˚.
- For the dip: Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook, while breaking apart into small pieces with a wooden spoon, until lightly browned and no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Spread the cream cheese to fill the bottom of a 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Top with ½ of the shredded cheese, the cooked ground beef, then the remaining shredded cheese on top. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the edges are bubbly. Let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
- For the special sauce: In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, garlic and onion powders, smoked paprika, and pickle brine.
- Top the dip with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle slices. Drizzle with special sauce. Serve with kettle-cooked potato chips or pita chips.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Heat a medium cast-iron skillet over medium heat and add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the ground beef and cook, crumbling it with a wooden spoon, until beginning to brown, about 3 minutes. Add the onion and cook until the onion is softened and the beef is cooked through, 7 to 8 minutes. Clear an empty spot in the middle of the skillet, add the tomato paste and toast the paste for a minute. Sprinkle with the garlic powder and stir to coat the meat. Stir in the salsa con queso and half-and-half. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until smooth, about 1 minute. Sprinkle the middle of the dip with the Cheddar, leaving a small border around the edge without cheese. Broil until the top is bubbly and browned in places, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, relish and ketchup in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top the dip with a sprinkle of onions and pickle chips, a mound of lettuce and tomatoes and drizzles of the mayo-relish sauce, ketchup and mustard. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

This dip looks delicious. I plan on making it for this year's Super Bowl. Go Steelers! Note: Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. Bowl dip mixture can be spooned onto the rolls for a group meal alternative. I got this recipe from a newspaper article.

Steps:
- Carve out center core of bread within two inches of bottom and sides, keeping bread intact.
- Cut reserved bread and other loaf into 1-inch cubes for dipping.
- Cook ground beef, season with seasoning salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut American cheese into chunks and add to cooked beef and stir until melted.
- Add crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes, stir to mix well.
