Steps:
- Bring water and oil to a boil. Add noodles and cook per package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Place cooled and drained noodles in a large mixing bowl. Add peas, tuna, yellow onion, miracle whip, mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
- Serve and enjoy!

- In a glass jar, add all the ingredients mentioned under salad dressing. Close the lid and shake until the mixture thickens and looks creamy.
- Drain excess liquid from tuna in a colander.

- 1. Boil pasta and rinse in cold water.
- 2. Drain cans of tuna and place in bowl with lid.
- 3. Combine the two: pasta and tuna.
- 4. Re-hydrate minced onion flakes with 2 T. warm water.
- 5. While onion is re-hydrating, place frozen peas in a microwave safe bowl with 1/3 c. water. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes. Rinse peas in cold water and add to pasta and tuna mixture.
- 6. Add the shredded cheese.
- 7. Strain any excess liquid off the onion and add along with the black pepper to mixture.
- 8. Add mayonnaise last and stir thoroughly. Cover and let chill in refrigerator. Makes 5 generous 1/2 cup servings.
- 9. I will usually scoop a 1/2 cup onto a large lettuce leaf, but it is also good served with crackers.

- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to the package directions or until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
- Place the peas in a colander and pour boiling water over them. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl whisk the mayonnaise and Italian Vinaigrette until well blended. (If you don't have bottled Italian dressing and don't want to make a large batch of fresh dressing, you can whisk the mayonnaise with 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/4 teaspoon dried basil)
- Place the tuna in a large bowl. With a fork, break up the tuna.
- Add the pasta, celery, green onion, and peas. Pour the mayonnaise dressing over the ingredients and gently toss to coat the ingredients well. Mound on a platter and top with the chopped tomatoes, kalamata olives, parsley and pepperoncini.
- Toss all ingredients together just before serving so the tomatoes won't get soggy.
- Combine the vinegar, oregano, lemon juice, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and pepper in a medium bowl and whisk to combine the ingredients.
- Set aside for 5 minutes to marinate the oregano and basil.
- Add the olive oil in a slow thin stream, whisking constantly to combine.

- In a large 3 qt pot, mix can of chicken broth with enough water to cook pasta. Add 2 t. salt to pot. Put in package of rotini and follow package directions for MINIMUM cook time. Drain pasta immediately and flush with cold water until all pasta is cool and has stopped cooking entirely. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with dill, pepper, and lemon juice.
