1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 to 1 tablespoon Mesa Grill Habanero
Mango Hot Sauce (bobbyflay.com)
Juice of 1/2 to 1 lime
2 teaspoons honey
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 pound lump crabmeat, picked over
3 tablespoons finely diced mango
2 tablespoons thinly sliced endive
2 tablespoons thinly sliced radicchio

Steps:

Whisk the coconut milk, hot sauce, lime juice and honey in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let sit at room temperature, about 15 minutes.
Gently fold in the cilantro, crabmeat, mango, endive and radicchio. Serve in shot glasses, if desired.

2 parts pineapple-coconut juice (recommended -- Kern's)
1 splash bottled lime juice (recommended -- Rose's)
1 part vanilla vodka
1/2 part half-and-half
1/2 part banana Schnapps
ice cube
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut (recommended -- Baker's)

Steps:

Add all ingredients, except coconut flakes and honey, in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour honey onto a plate.
Lay out coconut on a plate.
Dip the rims of chilled glasses into honey and roll in coconut.
Shake and pour into chilled martini glasses to serve.
NOTE: For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka and the banana Schnapps and substitute the ice with 1 banana. Puree the mixture in a blender.

1/2 tablespoon finely grated lime zest, for rimming
2 tablespoons superfine sugar, for rimming
6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice, from 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon raw granulated sugar
2 ounces light rum
3 tablespoons cream of coconut
2 to 3 ounces club soda, to taste
Fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Lime wheel, for garnish

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
If you like, rim a double old-fashioned glass with lime sugar: In a shallow dish, combine the finely grated lime zest with the sugar. Wet the glass rim with a piece of lime then roll the rim in the lime sugar, shaking off any excess.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the torn mint leaves, fresh lime juice, and raw sugar. Muddle well to dissolve the sugar.
Add the rum and cream of coconut, and fill the shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
Strain into the rimmed glass over fresh ice.
Top with soda and garnish with the mint sprig and lime slice.
