1 cup coconut flakes
1 ½ cups pineapple, sliced
1 cup water
popsicle mold, with 6 slots

Steps:

  • Cut pineapple into thin slices.
  • Add coconut shavings and pineapple to the popsicle molds.
  • Fill in the gaps of air with water.
  • Freeze the popsicles for at least 5 hours.
  • Take the frozen popsicles out of the ice molds and enjoy!

1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
14 plastic cups (3 ounces) or 14 popsicle molds, each (3 ounces)
14 popsicle sticks

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine milk,pineapple, pineapple juice, and extract. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl, and whisk in the pudding mix for 2 minutes.
