These Homemade Healthy Gummies are only 2 ingredients, have no sugar added and are paleo & whole30 friendly! Kids and adults will love them!

1 Cup Orange juice (not from concentrate)
1 1/2 Tbsp Beef gelatin
1-2 Tbsp Honey ((depending how sweet you like gummies))

Steps:

  • Place the orange juice in a small pot on high heat until it simmers.
  • Add the gelatin while whisking until it's dissolved. Then, add the honey if using.
  • Pour into gummy bear molds (use an eye dropper for less mess!) OR pour into a small sided container.
  • Place in the fridge until set - about 1-2 hours.
  • Remove from molds, or slice, and DEVOUR!

Who knew it was so simple and quick to make one of the most beloved, nostalgic treats out there? Gummy bears might have been your favorite as a child, and now they'll be your favorite again with this quick and easy recipe.

1/2 cup fruit juice, such as cranberry, grape, orange or lemonade
2 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Combine the fruit juice or lemonade, gelatin and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely, about 1 minute (make sure there is no undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of the saucepan). If any foam forms while stirring, skim it off and discard. Transfer the mixture to a small liquid measuring cup.
  • Put the gummy bear molds on a flat surface and slowly fill each cup to the top. Give each mold a small shake to ensure the mixture settles to the bottom. Refrigerate until the mixture sets, about 10 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

  • In a sauté pan on medium-low heat combine the flavored gelatin and 1 cup of juice. Add the honey and infused coconut oil while stirring frequently.
  • In a small bowl mix together the unflavored gelatin and remaining juice (1/2 cup) and allow to sit/bloom for 5 minutes. The gelatin will look chunky and somewhat solid.
  • Combines the gelatins and cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes. Whisk constantly to fully incorporate the coconut oil. Using an immersion blender helps ease this process!
  • Once fully incorporated together pour the gummy mixture into your Magical Gummy Tray using your Silicone Measuring Cups and allow to cool at room temperature before placing into the fridge to chill.
