- Spread mayonnaise over cut sides of rolls. On roll bottoms, layer the lettuce, tomato and avocado. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with pepper. Layer with bacon, turkey, ham and cheese. Replace roll tops.

- Spread butter over 1 side of each bread slice. Place 1 slice cheese on each unbuttered side of bread. Toast bread slices, butter side down, in a large skillet or electric griddle over medium-low heat until golden brown, 4-5 minutes., Layer 1 toast with lettuce, tomato, turkey and avocado. Top with another toast and spread with blue cheese spread. Top with chicken, ham, bacon and egg. Top with remaining toast, cheese side down. Cut sandwich in half, secure with toothpicks and serve.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the corn with olive oil and season with seasoning salt, to taste. Grill the corn until it's charred, on all sides, rotating for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, chili powder, cayenne, lime juice and salt and pepper, to taste, together in a small bowl. Remove the corn from the grill and brush the hot corn with the mayonnaise mixture. Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with the feta cheese. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

- Boil the corn for 10 mins in salted water, rinse in cold water, then cut the kernels off. Tip the beans into a bowl with the cooked corn, avocado, tomatoes and spring onions.
- Mix the dressing ingredients with some seasoning, then pour over the salad. Toss together well, scatter the feta over the top and serve with lime wedges, if using.

- Put the onion in a bowl, cover with water and leave for 5 mins. Drain, rinse and set aside on a sheet of kitchen paper to drain.
- Fry the sweetcorn in a dry frying pan over a medium-high heat for 4 mins, stirring regularly until it starts to colour. Add a drizzle of oil and the butter, stirring to coat. Cook for another few minutes, or until the kernels are browned all over and a few of the kernels are darker at the edges. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
- Once cool, mix the corn with the drained onions, chives, parsley and feta. Drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice, and season with freshly cracked black pepper. Taste for salt - be careful not to add too much as the feta is quite salty.
