Citrus White Wine Spritzer Food

WHITE WINE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Divide the white wine among 6 large wine glasses filled with ice (about two-thirds of the way up the ice). Top with the club soda and garnish with a lime wheel.

WHITE WINE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Fill a wine glass halfway with the super-chilled wine ... the glass should frost ... that's when you know your wine's cool enough.
• Splash in the club soda until the glass is three-quarters full. (Note: You can also use ginger ale or lemon lime soda!)
• Then take a slice of lime and put it on the rim of the glass.

WINE SPRITZER

Steps:

• In a small bowl, toss the citrus zests together. Divide the zest mixture among an empty ice cube tray, top with water and freeze for 3 to 5 hours.
• In a large pitcher, combine the wine with the sparkling water and the citrus zest ice cubes. Stir and serve.

Steps:

• Fill wine glass with ice. Add half a glass of white wine and top it off with club soda. Garnish with lemon.

• Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour over the white wine and soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice or sprig of mint, if you like.
