Raise a glass to sunny days and balmy nights with refreshing cocktails. This citrus mule is made with a simple sugar syrup you can keep on hand in the fridge.

Ingredients

1 lime
1 lemon
1 small orange
1/4 to 1/2 cup Simple Syrup
32 ounces dry ginger ale or ginger beer
6 large mint sprigs
Ice

Steps:

Thinly slice lime, lemon, and orange; quarter slices. In a pitcher, combine citrus with simple syrup, ginger ale or ginger beer, and mint sprigs; stir.

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

2 oz. mezcal, such as Vago Espadín
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. fresh ginger juice
1 oz. agave nectar
1½ oz. sparkling water

Steps:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Careful-the bubbles in the soda water will give a little pushback, but don't sweat it! Strain into a copper mule mug and add fresh rocks. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a quartered lime (optional).
