Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, use a rolling pin or your hands to roll or press out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
- Make the cinnamon-sugar topping: In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, oats, and McCormick® Ground Cinnamon with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- Spread the cinnamon sugar topping evenly over the pizza dough.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the edges of the dough are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- While the pizza cools, make the cream cheese icing: In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy and smooth.
- Pipe or drizzle the icing over the pizza and sprinkle with the McCormick® Ground Cinnamon.
- Slice the pizza into 8 pieces, then serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Brush pizza pan or sheet pan with butter - about 1 teaspoon.
- In a medium size bowl, mix flour, sugars, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of butter until crumbly. Set aside.
- Place dough on pan and brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon over dough.
- Spread crumble over pizza and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- While pizza is baking, mix glaze.

- Set oven to 350°F.
- Roll out the prepared pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Brush the melted butter over the dough.
- In a small cup combine the sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture liberally over the pizza dough.
- Slice the dough into either long strips, or cut in half and then slice into small sticks (the small ones are easier to handle).
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

- Heat the grill to high.
- Brush both sides of each pizza with the oil. Grill until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the grill.
- Mix together the sugar, cinnamon and star anise in a small bowl. Brush the tops of each pizza with the butter and sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Place back on the grill, close the cover and cook an additional 1 minute. Cut into quarters and drizzle with the warm chocolate sauce.
- In a large bowl stir together 1/3 cup water, yeast, and sugar and let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining 1/3 cup water, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 3/4 cups flour, cornmeal, and salt and blend until the mixture forms a dough. Knead dough on a floured surface, incorporating as much of remaining 1/4 cup flour, as necessary, to prevent dough from sticking, until smooth about 5 to 10 minutes. Form the dough into a ball.
- Lightly oil the sides and bottom of a large bowl with oil, add the dough, turn to coat in the oil, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Gently punch the dough down and divide into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece on a lightly floured surface into a 10-inch circle that is 1/8-inch thick. Brush off excess flour and transfer the dough to a baking sheet, cover each circle of dough with plastic wrap and continue stacking rolled out pieces on top of each other. Wrap well with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.
