Number Of Ingredients 9

2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup soft butter, plus a little for greasing pans
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Steps:

  • Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together and set aside.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown but still slightly soft in the center. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes on the pans, then transfer them to racks to cool completely.
