Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• In a bowl stir in first 4 ingredients.
• Then add chips and nuts.
• Drop on greased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 12 minutes for chewy cookies and 14 for crisp.

CAKE MIX CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). In large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, vanilla and eggs with spoon until dough forms.
• Refrigerate dough 15 to 30 minutes or as needed for easier handling. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart.
• Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store tightly covered.

COFFEE CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the racks in the center of the oven.
• In a mixing bowl, make a well in the center of the chocolate chip cookie mix. Add the chocolate chunks, walnuts, softened butter, Kahlua, instant espresso, ground coffee and egg. Mix well to combine all the ingredients into the cookie dough. Scoop with a small scoop or by heaping tablespoons and drop the dough 2 inches apart on ungreased, nonstick cookie sheets or sheets lined with parchment paper. Chill for 5 to 10 minutes.
• Bake the cookies in batches, until set and lightly browned but not crisp, 9 to 11 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave on the cookie sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool before serving.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, raisins, oatmeal and chocolate chips. Stir well.

• Mix all ingredients together.
• Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookies sheet.

Steps:

• Combine brown sugar, butter, white sugar, and salt in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until a creamy, deep brown mixture forms. Add egg and vanilla; beat until mixture lightens and becomes smooth, 10 to 15 seconds.
• Mix flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl. Add slowly to the wet ingredients until mostly incorporated, but some white traces of flour remain. • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl sift the flour and baking soda. In a large bowl with an electric mixer cream butter with sugars until fluffy; add vanilla and mix well. Beat in egg and cream. On low speed gradually add flour mixture in 3 batches, heating until combined well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets; flatten cookies slightly with back of a fork. Bake 12 to 13 minutes or until the edges are golden, (cookies will still feel soft). Steps:

• Mix Instructions.
• In 1 quart jar, pack brown sugar in bottom and level.
• Add sugar and level.
• In small bowl, combine well flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
• Spoon flour combination over sugar and level carefully.
• Add semi-sweet chocolate chips over flour combination.
• Add white chocolate chips and level.
• Place lid on jar.

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Pour jar contents into large mixing bowl.
• Add egg and butter.
• Mix on low speed (or by hand) until thoroughly mixed.
• Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 13- 15 minutes.
• Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute and then transfer to cooling rack.

LOW-FAT CAKE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients well using an electric mixer.
• Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet (I use a medium Pampered Chef scoop and get about 28 cookies).
• Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
• Allow to cool slightly on cookie sheet and then transfer to a cooling rack.
