CHRISTY'S AWESOME HOT HAM AND CHEESE

Steps:

• Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
• Spread one side of each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon butter. Place one slice, butter-side down in the hot skillet. Top with Swiss cheese and ham. Spread the unbuttered side of the second slice of bread with mayonnaise and mustard; place it, butter-side up on top of the sandwich. Cook until the sandwich is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.

SASSY HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, chives and thyme. Mix until well combined and set aside.
• In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, onions, Parmesan and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside in a warm spot to keep the butter from solidifying.
• Cut all 12 rolls in half. Place the roll bottoms in a 9- by 13-inch pan. Place equal amounts of ham (about 3 slices) on each roll. Top with the gruyere. Spread a generous amount of the chive and cream cheese on the roll tops. Place the tops on top of each sandwich bottom.
• Pour the butter mixture over the top of the sandwiches. Cover with foil and bake until the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake an additional 5 minutes to toast the buns.

HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Spread mayonnaise on sliced white bread. Sandwich with sliced ham, Swiss cheese and pickles. Trim the crusts and cut into quarters. Thread a quarter onto each skewer; toast over a flame until the cheese melts.

HOT HAM AND 3-CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate.
• Top with cheddar, Parmesan and ham.
• Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with red pepper.

HOT HAM 'N' CHEESE SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Spread mayonnaise over rolls. Layer roll bottoms with cheddar cheese, bacon, ham and mozzarella cheese; replace tops. , Wrap sandwiches in foil; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

HOT HAM N CHEESE

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine the butter, mustard, onion and poppy seeds. Spread over cut sides of buns. Layer ham and cheese on bottom halves; replace tops. Wrap each sandwich in foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

SPECIAL HOT HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH

Steps:

• Combine first 5 ingredients.
• Spread evenly on each bun half.
• Layer 8 bun haves evenly with cheese and ham.
• Close sandwiches.
• Wrap each sandwich with foil.
• Freeze.
• To bake: Frozen in the foil, bake sandwiches for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

HOT HAM AND CHEESE

Steps:

• Add Velveeta cheese, butter and evaporated milk to hot crock-pot, stirring every couple minutes until melted and well blended.
• Add ham, a small amount at a time, folding it in so it's well covered by cheese mixture.
• Keep on high heat until ham is heated through, and then turn to low. Serve on buns.

CHEESE AND HAM SAUCE

Steps:

• In pot, melt butter.
• Add flour and heat for 1 minute on medium heat. Stir often.
• Gradually add the milk and whip. Heat until boil.
• Add the cheese and mix until it melts.
• Add the ham, broccoli and muscade.
• Add salt and pepper.
• Serve on tiny pasta such as shells, macaroni, etc.
