If you love Peanut Butter Cups, you'll love this cake! Tastes like "Peanut Butter Tasty Cakes" sold in Philadelphia. Can't get them here in Cincinnati so we bake this cake instead.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one sheet cake pan or one cookie sheet with 1 inch sides.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until lemon colored. Add vanilla and salt. Stir in sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, and melted butter or margarine.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake.
- While the cake is still warm, spread with peanut butter. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate morsels, and put the pan back into the oven to melt the chocolate. Spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Alternatively, you can let the peanut butter cool and harden. Later, melt the chocolate, and spread it on the cake. It comes out in two distinct peanut butter and chocolate layers that way.

- Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mix and beat with wire whisk 2 min or until well blended. Add peanut butter and mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Layer 1/3 of grahams and half of the pudding mixture in a 9x13 pan, breaking grahams if necessary to fit. Repeat layers topping with graham crackers.
- Microwave chocolate and butter on med heat for 1.5 min, stirring after 1 minute Stir until completely melted and then spread over grahams.
- Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Store in fridge.

- Line bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with foil, leaving foil hanging over 2 opposite sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. In food processor bowl with metal blade, place cookies. Cover; process until cookies are finely chopped.
- In 2-quart saucepan, cook marshmallows and butter over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in chopped cookies and 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips until well mixed. Press in bottom of baking dish.
- In medium microwavable bowl, microwave milk and peanut butter chips uncovered on High 30 seconds. Stir; microwave 30 to 60 seconds longer, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in peanuts and crushed granola bars. Spread over chocolate layer. If peanut butter mixture starts to set, microwave uncovered on High 15 to 30 seconds or until warm and spreadable.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips and the oil uncovered on High 30 to 45 seconds or until chips are melted and can be stirred smooth. Drizzle chocolate diagonally over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. To cut bars, remove from pan, using foil to lift. Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in cool place.

- Line 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil, leaving 1 inch of foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan; grease foil with butter.
- In medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup peanut butter, the butter, peanuts and vanilla. Stir in 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, until stiff dough forms. If dough is crumbly, work in additional 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Pat mixture in pan. Cover; refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm.
- Use foil to lift candy from pan; remove foil. Cut into 8 rows by 8 rows. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In 1-quart heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip 1 peanut butter square at a time into chocolate mixture. Place on cookie sheet. - In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Beat in milk with wire whisk until smooth. If necessary, stir in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until thin enough to drizzle.
- Drizzle icing over tops of chocolate-covered squares. Refrigerate uncovered about 30 minutes or until firm. Store candies loosely covered in refrigerator.

- 1. Crush cornflakes to equal 3 cups (about 2/3 of 12 oz box of cereal). Set aside. Grease 9 inch square pan lightly.
- 2. Add sugar and corn syrup to medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
- 3. Add peanut butter and stir.
- 4. Add cereal to sugar & peanut butter mixture and mix well. Spread into greased pan.
