Steps:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350F degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, Splenda and mashed bananas and blend together.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Then carefully stir in peanut butter until it is evenly mixed.
- Sprinkle the baking soda over the entire mixture, blend in the oatmeal and chocolate chips.
- Pour into a coated 8 x 8 baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- The top should be nice and brown and center will still be slightly moist.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 6 to 8 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. Meanwhile, make chocolate curls from 1/2 oz. chocolate. (See tip.) Refrigerate curls until ready to use.
- Cut each banana lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into quarters. Microwave peanut butter and remaining chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Arrange banana pieces in single layer over crust; drizzle with melted chocolate mixture.
- Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over bananas. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 3 hours. Top with nuts and chocolate curls just before serving.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA CAKE
From "Cake Mix Magic." Uses a devil's food cake mix (a nice change from the yellow cake mix seen in other recipes for similar cakes). Basically, a chocolate banana cake with chocolate peanut butter glaze. Yum. The author notes that chunky peanut butter can be used for the glaze if desired but will not produce a smooth satiny glaze. Prep time is an estimate.

- Cake: Preheat oven to 350*F. In a large mixer bowl, combine all cake ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Spread batter evenly in a greased and floured 13-by 9-inch cake pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
- Glaze: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and peanut butter, stirring constantly until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled cake. Sprinkle nuts on top, if desired.

We all loved this one! It has the texture of a brownie, but the taste of a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. My kids both helped me make it and eat it!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixer bowl, beat the peanut butter and butter until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla, and beat until creamy. Blend in the flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup of the chocolate chips and spread into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
- Immediately sprinkle the remaining morsels over the cookie layer. Either let sit 5 minutes, or put back in the oven for 1 minute, until the morsels become shiny and soft. Spread the rest of the chocolate chips evenly over the top. Cool completely and serve. Enjoy!
