CHOCOLATE LATTE
This Chocolate Latte is a decadent and sweet way to start your morning. This is a classic latte made with Café Bustelo espresso, combined with steamed milk (or half and half) and sweetened with rich dark chocolate and Cocoa Cinnamon Sugar Spice Mixture.

Steps:
- Use the smallest K-Cup setting to make a cup of espresso in your Keurig coffee machine.
- After you made the cup of espresso, using a milk steamer, steam milk (or half and half) and pour the steamed milk/half and half over the espresso and then the foam.
- Optional: Sprinkle Cocoa Cinnamon Sugar Spice Mixture over the top of the foam.
- Add the chocolate ganache or your favorite chocolate syrup, drizzled over the top of the latte.
- Serve with a square of your favorite chocolate! Enjoy!

- Place milk in a 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute or until milk is hot and small bubbles form around edge of cup., Place a metal whisk in cup; whisk vigorously by holding whisk handle loosely between palms and quickly rubbing hands back and forth. Remove foam to a small measuring cup as it forms. Continue whisking until foam measures 1/8 to 1/4 cup; set aside., Pour Easy Espresso into a cup; pour in remaining hot milk. Spoon foam over top and serve immediately.

ABBEY'S WHITE CHOCOLATE LATTE
I created this recipe for my little sister, Abbey, who's a latte fanatic. She was blown away, and drained it to the last drop! This makes one VERY large, indulgent latte, and could probably serve two. Enjoy!

- Combine the milk and cream in a saucepan, and whisk over high heat until hot and frothy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar. Whisk together hot espresso and white chocolate chips in a mug until smooth. If you are making two, pour half into another mug. Top with the frothy hot milk and stir to blend in the flavoring.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, ice cream topping and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, coffee granules, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips., Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool on pans 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. Freeze option: Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets; freeze until firm. Transfer to airtight container; return to freezer. To use, bake frozen cookies as directed, increasing time by 1-2 minutes.
