I've been experimenting with this one for a while and this is the final result...everyone loves them!

Steps:
- Mix butter, peanut butter and confectioners sugar well. Should make a stiff paste. You can add more sugar if needed.
- Press 1 tsp into bottom triangle of pretzel.
- Dip into melted chocolate. I leave top of pretzel uncovered.
- Place on waxed paper to dry.
- Decorate with colored sprinkles, if desired, before chocolate hardens.

- In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and 3 teaspoons oil; stir until smooth. Dip pretzels in chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets to set., Melt peanut butter chips and remaining oil; transfer to a small resealable plastic bag. Cut a small hole in a corner of bag; drizzle over pretzels. Allow to set. Store in airtight containers.

- In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and 3 t. oil until smooth.
- Dip pretzels, shake off excess.
- Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet to set and then refrigerate for one hour.
- Meanwhile melt the peanut butter chips and remaining oil.
- Transfer to a small resealable bag.
- Cut a small hole in the corner of bag, drizzle over 1/2 the pretzels and again refrigerate until hardened.
- Store in a airtight container.

- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking sheet. Place pretzels in an even layer on the prepared sheet. Spread the top of each pretzel with 1 - 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, smoothing the top of each with a butter knife. Place pan in the freezer for 20 minutes; in the meantime you can prepare the white and dark chocolate.
- Place chopped white chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook on low until smooth and completely melted. Do the same for the dark chocolate (using the remaining 1 teaspoon coconut oil).
- Allow white chocolate to cool for a few minutes (not too long though or it will begin to firm up) then place a pretzel in the center of the bowl and toss it around lightly until completely covered. Use a fork to lift the pretzel out of the chocolate, allowing the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl; transfer to prepared baking sheet. Repeat with all pretzels.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the dipped pretzels, then sprinkle with toffee. Allow chocolate to set before serving.
