CHOCOLATE CHIP GRAHAM BALLS
These graham balls are so easy, even very young kids can make these (with adult supervision, of course)!

Steps:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Pour chopped nuts into a shallow bowl. Form graham cracker mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in nuts until coated.
- Chill graham balls until set, about 1 hour.

GRAHAM CRACKER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet(s) with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium-high speed until light and creamy.
- Add vanilla and eggs to butter mixture and beat again until well combined.
- With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the flour mixture to the wet mixture, increasing speed as needed. Mix only until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, mixing to evenly distribute. (The cookie dough may feel drier than most other chocolate chip cookie batters, but it should hold together if you press it with your fingers.)
- Using a 1 ounce scoop, place balls of cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes. The edges of the cookies will be slightly golden and the centers still soft.
- Cool cookies on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to finish cooling. (The cookies will firm up as they cool.)
MAGIC COOKIE BARS FROM EAGLE BRAND®
This bar cookie is an old fashioned favorite. Chocolate chips, nuts and coconut are set in a caramelized layer on top of a graham cracker crust.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees for glass dish). Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Press down firmly with a fork.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH DIP
I'm not sure if it taste like chocolate chip cookie dough exactly because of the cream cheese, but it is very good. You can serve this dip with graham crackers, vanilla wafer cookies or pretzels. I love it for when I need a sweet dessert but don't have the time to bake cookies. Cook time is cooling time for the butter mixture.

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the brown sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously, until the brown sugar dissolves. (You can also do this in the microwave but watch it closely. The butter/sugar mixture will boil over fast. Stir every 30 seconds or so.)
- Remove from heat, whisk in the vanilla and set aside to cool.
- Beat the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar for 1 minute.
- Slowly beat in the cooled butter mixture and beat again for another minute.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts, if using.
- Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate.
- Garnish with additional chocolate chips or nuts, if you choose.

CHOCOLATE CHIP GRAHAM COOKIES
These are so rich and decadent. They are very moist, not a crisp cookie ever! They do not go stale quickly so they travel nicely. Great for holidays and special occasions. I have omitted the coconut before with out any problems.

Steps:
- Mix first 6 ingredients till well blended.
- Add chips and nuts; mix again.
- Bake 8-10 minutes on greased cookie sheet, being careful not to overcook.
- Watch the temp on your oven, should bake between 350-375°F .
- NOTE: If you are finding they are baking to quickly and/or burning just turn down your oven temperature (the sweetened condensed milk can cause burning around edges if temp is to high, I cook mine at 350°F).
- These are better the second day!
