Chocolate Blitzen Martini Food

CHOCOLATE BLITZEN MARTINI

Steps:

• Rim glass with hot Melted Chocolate.
• Dip glass in Chocolate Sprinkles.
• Blend Vodka, Creme de Cacao, Bailey's and Ice Cream Do not blend the ice cream to a liquid. Let it maintain some of it's thickness.
• Pour into chocolate rimmed glass. Add Chocolate Sprinkles on top.
• Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Drizzle chocolate syrup into a martini glass. Set aside.
• Combine the chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, whipping cream, and vodka in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake about 30 seconds or until thoroughly chilled. Strain into the martini glass and serve.

CHOCOLATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Dip a pastry brush into the melted chocolate and brush up the side of two glasses. Chill until set.
• Pour the Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup and vodka into a shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into the glasses.

CHOCOLATE MINT BLITZEN

Steps:

• Make the hot chocolate and allow to cool.
• Microwave the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl in 10-second increments until melted.
• Crush 1 of the mini candy canes and place in a small bowl or saucer.
• Dip the rims of two martini glasses in the chocolate, then the crushed peppermint.
• Add the peppermint vodka, chocolate liqueur and cooled hot chocolate to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into the rimmed glasses. Garnish with the 2 remaining mini candy canes and serve.
