Chicken Dorito Dinner Food

DORITO CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• Crush chips in bag to make small pieces.
• Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
• Cover the bottom of the pan with half of the crushed chips
• In a mixing bowl, mix all of the remaining ingredients except for the remaining chips.
• Fill the pan with the chicken mixture, and spread out evenly.
• Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
• Remove from the oven, and top with the remaining chips.
• Bake for 5 more minutes.

DORITO CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray and set the oven to 350.
• Combine the shredded chicken with the cream of chicken soup and sour cream in a large bowl.
• Fold in the can of drained Rotel tomatoes and the taco seasoning.
• Crush the Doritos to medium bite sized pieces and spread 1/3 of the crushed Doritos evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
• Spread 1/2 of the chicken mixture over the Dorito chips.
• Spread 1/2 the shredded cheese blend over the first creamy chicken layer.
• Repeat with a second layer of crushed chips, chicken blend and finish with the remaining cheese.
• Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
• Top with any remaining shredded cheese or crushed Doritos when serving.

CHICKEN DORITO® CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Bring saucepan of water and Creole seasoning to a boil; cook chicken in the seasoned boiling water until no longer pink in the center, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and shred chicken.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Mix mushroom soup, tomatoes with green chile peppers, and corn together in a bowl.
• Spread half the tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish; top with half the chicken, half the mushroom soup mixture, half the Mexican cheese blend. Repeat layering with the remaining ingredients.
• Bake in the preheated oven until casserole is bubbling and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
